  • While you enter into When ananthagiri hills road. You are surrounded by thick trees on both sides of the narrow road.
  • If you keep going you will find a junction like circle with a golden deer statue.
  • Keep moving further upto 4kms, you will reach Anantha padmanabam Swami temple, which is one of the old temples with 100+ years of history.

Temple timing: 

  • Do your Darshana and go on the same route which is like a downhill road covered with thick trees. 
  • You will find the parking area, which is a paid parking Park your vehicle and move further and you’re hiking will start. 

Visit the small open shiva temple and go to the top of the mountain. There you will find a small waterfall the ananthagiri hills, which is the origin of the moose river. 

Move further, and you will find a garden-like area covered with green grass. Enjoy your “Me time” there and go back to parking. 

The best time to visit the view point is early morning, around 5:30 to 7:00.

This is a mid size hill area with panaromic landscape on winters and mansoon seasons.

This is like a picnic spot where people come, Visit Temple, Enjoy the nature, cook food and leave. Due to influencers this place has become popular with over expectations for some.

  • Its a remote area so carry your own food and water.
  • Do not keep high expectations
  • Parking tickets everywhere and Paid watch tower at View points
  • Do carry some cash as there are no UPI near parking and watch tower.
  • Accommodation is available – Camping and resorts are available for stay in forest.
