Bhandardara places to visit

Weather you are coming from Mumbai or Pune. We suggest you to finish Randha waterfalls and Ghorpade Devi Temple first. If you are coming from Mumbai then this suggest is mainly for you. 

Randha waterfalls and Ghorpade Devi Mandir

If you are coming from Pune then will first get to visit Randha waterfalls, Ghorpade Devi Mandir. Bandhardara Backwater and Bandhardara Dam. 

If you are visiting from Mumbai then we suggest you to first get to visit Bandhardara Dam, then go toward randha waterfalls and visit the Ghorpade Devi Mandir and come back to bandhardara entry gate.

Vasundhara Waterfalls and Koltembe Waterfalls 

Vasundhara Waterfalls

Now goto Vasundhara Waterfalls and Koltembe Waterfalls. You will find a small way to Vasundhara Waterfalls and Koltembe Waterfalls, Both the falls are within a distance of 100 meters,  Park your car and go to the waterfalls by walk. It may take 10 to 15 min to reach the waterfalls. 

On the way to Vasundhara Waterfalls you will find a bridge which leads to Koltembe Waterfalls.  Our suggestion is to visit Vasundhara Waterfalls and then in return to visit Koltembe Waterfalls.

After Visiting both the waterfalls, the next destination is Nhani Waterfalls, it’s just 5 min away from Vasundhara Waterfalls road. It has steps to reach backside of the waterfall.

This waterfall is just 5 min away from nhani waterfalls, This waterfalls got its name necklace is because the water falls between two mountains and it looks like a necklace. 

If you travel further you will reach rathanvadi where you will visit one of the oldest temple, amruteshwar temple which is 1200 years old.

Sandhan Valley

Sandhan Vally is roughly 8 kms from amruteshwar temple. Once you reach sandman village you will find the parking area and public washrooms. At this place you will also find Professional guides who will help you with everything. The Vally is roughly 1 to 1.5 kms away from parking area.

Sandhan Vally is closed in monsoon season as it will be filled with water. The Vally is more then 5 kms. If you go on the right side From the entry point of sandman Vally you will reach Konkan Kada and Reverse Waterfall 

On the way to Konkan dada you can see sandman Vally from top. It will be slippery so do not very close to edges. The depth of the Vally is roughly 200 to 250 feet deep. From the top the Vally looks beautiful. It has multiple water falls which fell into the Vally.

Konkan nada is one of the most scenic Beaty of india. It’s a combination of waterfalls and hills makes it amazing.
